The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions and disputes mentioned above shall be the courts located in Goa, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
3. CHARGES
Dr. K. B. Hedgewar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
